HOW DO I BEGIN THE PROCESS?

Our Process

Subscription
To start the process, you must first subscribe as a member on our website.

Submit Documents
Upon subscription, you will receive a link to submit your documents and fill out a questionnaire. Here is a list of the required documents:
  • diploma
  • Work certificate
  • Passport (valid for at least 3 years)
  • Passport photo (white background)
  • Up-to-date curriculum vita
  • Birth certificate
  • Proof of payment of registration fee (photo of payment)
  • Driving license (if applicable)
  • Marriage or civil partnership certificate (if applicable)
  • Candidate questionnaire

Pre-Interview
After submitting the required documents, you will be provided with a link to schedule a pre-interview in your preferred language to verify the completeness of your file.

Note: Please note that in the event of missed or non-compliant documentation, replacement documents will be required to be submitted by email before the process can continue.

Job Placement:
Once the file is complete, your file will be placed in the job bank, ready for job placement.
If you are selected by the employer, AAI Canada Global will schedule an interview between you and the employer.

Work Permit Application
After you have passed the interview process, the processing to apply for the work permit commences.

Decision
After a decision has been made regarding your application, AAI Canada Global will notify you of the outcome.

Arrival in Canada
AAI Canada Global will take care of booking your airline ticket and arranging for medical insurance.

Additionally, working closely with the employer, AAI Canada Global will manage the candidate’s airport transportation and assist in the opening of a bank account as well as the acquisition of the required SIN (Social Insurance Number).
